4、 Operating principle and structural description:
1. Single acting working principle: When the valve is operated without external pressure, the valve disc is in a normally closed state. When used in pipeline or storage tank systems, the valve is opened by the pressure of the power and gas sources. Under the pressure of the gas path, the valve is in an open state. When the valve needs to be closed, the power or gas source pressure can be released, and the valve will automatically close.
2. When the valve disc is closed, pressure is achieved by opening the pressure relief valve.
3. Normally open type can be replaced by single acting or customized according to requirements.
4. Double acting working principle: When the controller outputs an electrical signal to a certain electromagnetic directional valve according to a pre programmed program, the electromagnetic directional valve will act, causing the pressurized instrument air source to enter the lower chamber of the pneumatic actuator through the switching of the electromagnetic directional valve, pushing the piston upward. The piston drives the valve stem, and the valve stem lifts the valve core to open the valve, cutting off the electrical signal of the directional valve, causing the piston to move in the opposite direction and close the valve. This valve configuration is called normally closed. On the contrary, to make it normally open, it is only necessary to change the connection method between the electromagnetic directional valve and the pneumatic actuator(See the figure below)

6、 Precautions for storage, installation, and use:
1. Both ends of the valve passage must be covered with protective covers and stored in a dry and ventilated room. If stored for a long time, regular inspections should be conducted to prevent rusting;
2. Do not remove the dust cover of the valve before installation to ensure that there is no dirt inside the valve;
3. Valves can be installed on horizontal or vertical pipelines for use. During installation, remove the dust cover and blow the pipeline clean with air to prevent dirt from entering the valve chamber;
4. After the valve is left for 12-14 hours every day, the valve disc should be promptly closed when the system is not working to avoid long-term compression of the spring and reduce the reliability of long-term use of the valve.
